CHD HMS, chrome-plated steel dumbbells. They are perfect for fitness classes and strength training.

Training with dumbbells allows you to engage more muscles, and therefore achieve better results. When exercising with CHD, we are forced to use stabilizing muscles and, in some exercises, deep muscles. Their shape allows you to perform a very wide range of movement, while the profiled, precisely knurled handle prevents your hand from slipping. This guarantees a firm grip throughout the workout.

CHD, are made of high-quality chrome coating, which provides high resistance to scratches and abrasion. They can be stored both on a stand and placed on the floor. Dumbbells are available in weight versions from 1 to 10 kg.
