Product description

FB01 HMS is a specialist rubber for improving the functioning of joints, increasing their mobility and mobility, reducing swelling, restoring free slippage between tissue surfaces, and increasing blood flow in a given area of the body. It should be in every athlete’s bag.

The use of FB01 HMS is very simple, just wrap the rubber around a specific place, joint or muscle and start performing active or passive movements in a given joint or those that will contract and stretch a specific muscle. When wrapping yourself with the tape, try to maintain about 70% of its tension. Too light a wrap will not bring results and too strong can lead to injuries. The safe time after which you should unwind the tape is about 1.30 to 2 minutes.

FB01 HMS can also be used for occlusive training, in which we block the blood supply to the exercising muscle, putting it in a state of hypoxia. Thanks to such training, we can achieve muscle hypertrophy using only 20 to 50% of the maximum weight.

FB01 HMS is the perfect solution for physically active people, regardless of the sport they practice.

The use of gum floss bands results in:

– increasing the speed of muscle regeneration

– restores slippage between tissues

– increased joint mobility
