The Horizon Adonis Plus training bench is a good piece of equipment for strength training at home for beginners. The set consists of the Adonis Bench training bench and the Adonis Rack barbell stand. Thanks to these two elements, strength training at home can be extremely diverse. The backrest of the multifunctional bench has a 7-step adjustment: from a right angle through an inclined and horizontal bench to a position below the horizontal. The seat, on the other hand, has two adjustment options.

The height of the barbell stand can be adjusted from 92.7 cm to 128 cm (5 adjustment levels). With the barbell stand, you can perform, for example, squats with a barbell. In combination with the Adonis training bench, the device can be used for bench presses. The dumbbell and barbell shelf can withstand a load of up to 160 kg, while the maximum load of the training bench is 280 kg (= e.g. user weight 120 kg + 160 kg load).
