PST HMS are slam balls. Designed for intensive exercises involving dynamic hitting of the ground. Properly selected external material and sand inside prevent the ball from bouncing. Slam training perfectly engages the entire musculoskeletal system, develops efficiency, endurance, and what is important, if not most important, shapes explosive power. This type of training will work in any sports discipline that requires speed and high muscle power from the athlete, it is an ideal proposition for martial arts athletes. The ball is very durable and waterproof, thanks to which it allows for outdoor training, and special protrusions located on the entire ball prevent it from slipping out of the hands. This provides great comfort during exercises and increases the precision of movement.
